Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all website sign-ups, memberships, certifications, and related services provided by the Beauty Standard Association International Board (BSAIB). By completing a purchase or registration on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Fees

All BSAIB Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.

Once a membership application has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances. This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Individual membership

  • Professional membership

  • Institutional or organizational membership

Membership benefits and access are activated upon confirmation of payment.

2. Certification & Accreditation Fees

Refunds for certification and accreditation services are subject to the conditions below:

2.1 Failure to Apply

If a candidate or applicant fails to submit the required application documents or complete the application process after making payment:

  • An administrative fee of USD 50 will be deducted to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • The remaining balance will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

2.2 Successful Application

Once an application has been successfully approved by BSAIB, the certification or accreditation fee becomes non-refundable, regardless any conditions.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after successfully applied / receiving certificate

  • Prolonged (or delayed ) reply on applications over 6 months from the date of submission

  • Membership-related payments
